nvidia plugin crashing

hi all
im new here and also new in cars tuning in mw
so my problem is
after editing vineyl with ps cs3
i try to save it to .dds format but when i hit save with the nvidia plugin my ps got crashed and i cant save my works
i need help please :mrgreen:
