SuperRacer, I've never done a Multi player LAN game of NFS before and if I wished to would I have to purchase a seconds copy of nfs Porsche. Wouldn't having the cd in one computer and on the other installed the nocd patch overcome the problem??

ltholmsy, where are you from anyway. Surely there is a shop where you can purchase a true copy of nfs6 or follow the suggestions of others and go on e-bay etc to get one. Esskay, they have found that the nocd patches for the legit copies of nfs 6 don't work properly either as the disc has to be in t...

Sootie, all I can say is for you to keep trying and not give up. Doing the turns were a real pain for me as the car responded the same way. I use to speed up when approaching the witches hats and head for the LHS before hitting the handbrake and steering in the opposite direction, this gave me the r...

If abhianaik is saying that he has problems with all versions of nfs as stated by his title then maybe his RAM is too low? That would explain the low framerate. Abhianaik how much RAM do you have???

Nah Koffy, that post wasn't you, it was me...... only kidding, LOL. As for the steering wheel I stopped using mine ages ago as I found it didn't respond the way I wanted and went back to the keyboard. The response of the wheel to turn corners etc was too slow. I have a formula charger steering wheel...

Go to http://www.drivers.com and download off the net the lastest drivers for your GeForce 4 TI 4400. I also own a Nvidia card and have no problem running any version of the nfs series.

Cool, but you can also go to http://www.nfs-racer.de where I downloaded new cars for the game that actually exceed 900kph. I never thought such speeds were available.

The FRZ for nfs 2 can be found on Matt's NFS Motors page located at http://www.darkwood.demon.co.uk/nfs/garage.htm as for the porsche called Tombstone I would have a look at the cars made by http://www.nfscheats.com . Unfortunately, they are down at the moment as their site was hit by a hacker.

Just make a playlist in winamp of the music which you wish to listen to and play it before entering nfs 5. Somehow winamp takes priority over the music on the cd.

Yeah, your probably right though the lag ain't too bad. I think what I needed were faster cars as have just downloaded some which go over 900kph which is far better than the one's I was using.

Yeah, it works as I use to play an mp3 album whilst racing in nfs 5. The only problem was that it slows your framerate down a bit as more programs are draining the power. Give it a go and see what you think.

If you go into the garage and look down the list there you'll find one relating to parts and upgrades for your vehicle. If not sure just run your mouse over it which should give you an explination of what it is. When going through the list of available parts you'll find that the better performance p...

Congrads on your enthusiasm. I guess the only one's wanting fast and the furious decals on the 360 Modena a Murcielago would be those who particularly like the car. If I had the time and ability I'd probably try to do the type of skins that were in the original midnight gt game. The decals on them a...

I understand where your coming from but you have to realise the legalities involved in supporting pirated games. They've been true to the fact in being legit by locking posts relating to warez and you'll find numerous other nfs forums are doing the same.

So why is it that SuperRacer's NFS is closed. I tried the link but it came up saying that it could not be found. Nevertheless, its a shame to see such a good site close that offered variety in cars, tracks and utilities for all nfs games.
