It was me the one of the 750 mh, just a login problem. No, I dont think it's my video board, I have a GeForce 2 MX400 64 mb, and 320 mb RAM.

And by the way, SuperRacer, where the hell did you see a 2.26 ghz? I thougt 1.8/1.9 was the fastest until now, but it seems I was wrong. :?

Rouge: Maybe I don't get what you mean, but once I replaced the 356 with the Boxter, and I could run in the evolution mode without problem. (I changed skin, modeling and performance.)

I think it only happens in this case, but anyway if you install the music converter the music files are put into the music folder as .asf. You can use a converter to turn the files into mp3 or other format you like. (And save the download) :wink:

If you can get an old PSX control you should try using it. It is really cool.

The interphase and Drivers are a little complicate to explain, so mail me if you need info about it.

I know that the fact that is only an online game, and that you have to pay a fee makes it a real shiznit, but I liked the gamestile (something like Street Rod), the car customization etc. I think that when SR3 comes out, it will replace the MCO. (I mean in my mind).

In the nfs6/audio/music foder there is a file called music. Open it, and there you have the name of the song, artist and album.
It looks like this:

[track0]
name=The People That We Love
artist=Bush
album=Golden State

[track1]
...
...
...

Have Fun. :wink:

I'm shure someone will develop a patch for that, but you can try watching inside dll's, ini's and others for the time determiner. I the meantime, I think you should run 7 minutes races over and over again.

P.D.: It would be cool to have a boost limit also (like the frags in some games).

You should ask EA for compatibility, couse the can give you more accurate answer. If you ask people here some fans of one steering wheel will recommend you one as the baest, and others another. I know the forum is for making questions, but if you raelly want to know how many sheeps are there in a fi...

There is a patch which should allow you to buy downloaded cars in carear mode, but I could never make it work. If you want to add a car which has no save game to your own you should use FileEditor.

I also downloaded Sound Forge (28 mb) and Viper Racing (33 mb). Although I think It is different downloading a programm or game than a patch. My Dial-Up connection is not too fast, although I use download accelerator and another util for net boosting. I have to pay the fone, and can't remain so much...

Rouge, I think you are right about what you say. It's just that at first I thougt of your post as an irony, cause my proposition was not a big smart answer, but one that allmost any experienced game/computer user would make.
I missunderstood you, but I recgnize the need of participation in forums. :)

Street Rod: Back on the streets

Street Rod, best racing game ever is back!!! :twisted: Some people are making a Street Rod 3 ver. There are some screenshots and a pre-release ver. It is 3D, and has many more parts than the older versions. I hope this ver still maintains the Street Rod spirit, cause it is going to be great (and fre...

Don't you think the damage of the car is a little "shiznit" in comparison to NFSPU?. In NFSPU I once hit the border of the tunnel in Pirenees, an then, at the garage, i could nearly see a square hole where I had hit the tunnel side. In NFSHP2, insteased, the damage is allways the same (a s...

Motor City OFFLINE???????

I tryed MCO in a friend's house the time it was a free beta, And I liked it very mucho. My question is: is there a way to use MCO offline with bots or something like that?

I dont have the bandwith or the money to pay the fone/EA server to be fooling arround with a game that demands so much time.

I have to admit, that i didn't do all missions. If you got tired of making the same mission 50 times with no result, use the FILE EDITOR (which you can find in the files section), ad move ahead to the next mission. :wink:
