its good...try to pair these sempron64 wtith the Nvidia NF4 4x motherboard....allows u to even pair it up with decent pci-e video cards like the x1800xl or the 7800GT

for temperature monitoring, i suggest u use nvidia forceware or use a tool called rivatuner

indeed...but it definately will increase airflow in the casing

try running a game or 3dmark to see if there's any artifacts......i believe that the Smart Doctor is screwing up

the game doesn't even say a single thing about ur vehicle.....if u use the car to do all sorts of destructive stuffs during cop chase, if u go to ur rap sheet, under the vehicle id, it will say smth like string error or smth liddat

seriously i would would consider the 9550 even against fx5500....ati card have better image quality and the 9550 is a very overclockable card!
