Is there gonna be a Black Edition for PC in europe? Because now it's only on PS2.

Or will the extra content be downloadable for the normal NFSMW? Just like the two versions of UT2004, the content of one version was just downloadable somewhere.

Will the Black Edition ship to europe aswell? Or can I order it from a site and let it ship to europe? Without a creditcard. Because I don't have one.
