All is solved, reinstalled the whole game trough EADM, launched the game trough EADM. Now comes the thing: insert the cd-key WITH THE DASHES and everything works like a charm. I need to login to autolog in order to get my payed-for LE content, the three cars and 40 events.

Bought and already regret it, I can' t get my LE content 'cause i can't sign in to friggin' autolog garbage..

Found a bug just yet, tier 1, invitationel race at sliverstone finished, went back to time trial a quick race.Now the countdown timer shows 215min's till end of time trial.That's over 2 hours on the same track before the race ends. You can edit all controls only one way, with the G25 racing wheel from logitech.
Racing with a keyboard or gamepad indeed leaves some controls un-remappable.

Run a virus-scan and a spyware-scan.

typical EA, i have ervery NFS from HP2, and almost each time i play, i discover some kind of bug.Eaten Prey , pff, filling pockets with money to me. EA shuold start a Bank, and stop developing games.

Or you can try, like me, to rename speed.exe in the main folder of U1 to, for example, underground.exe. Worked for me, now I start U1 by just inserting the cd-rom and let autorun do it's thing.
