Go to your car in your profile once you've uploaded it, and you can choose a section there.

Also, to delete your car there is a button to do it under the description.

when you're saving your picture, click Save As as usual, and in the box that appears click the 'save as type' drop-down menu and select JPG. This format will make the file size smaller, so you should then be under the limit. Hope this helps.
