How do i edit the car's name and logo in NFS6???

How do I change the car class(A,AAA,etc.), performance bars(those witch appear in the car selection area) or what program do I need to do that?
I edited the carp.txt but that didn't change those

PS:The game is NFS HS.

Is there a way that I can convert NFS Underground cars to make them for NFS 4?
