Re: NFS PS: Make all cars (76) available (requires v1.1)
Download the patch from the link on the first post in the thread. It eliminates the need for you to do any hex editing. Not when someone is too lazy to get his ass to a shop (or even worse, go downstairs and get my VISA to order the retail version), and is still playing the "grey" version...

Re: Maxed evo - tuning settings?
Ah, i thought the suspension didn't have effect on the maximum speed, only on the handling ... this that first thing I was talking about ... that thing I didn't know anything about :p Both cars(grip and speed) are kitted with all the level4 parts. For grip I have tuned all the suspension to maximum ...

Maxed evo - tuning settings?
I don't know the first thing about tuning, so I was wondering if someone could help me get the maximum performance out of my Evo. I just slided all the sliders on the engine and the gearbox to the right, and this is the result: http://gallery.weyland.be/d/6366-2/nfs+2008-01-02+23-32-11-98.png http:/...

Re: Post your O SO GREAT system specs!
I have no problems running NFSPS in 1920x1200, and it's cristal clear and sharp as a razorblade. Give it some time and someone will code a little app to change to 2560x1600 just like Carbon and Most Wanted.

Re: Trouble playing multiplayer
And what is the problem exactly? If you want to use your own career cars in multiplayer matches, you have to join (or create) a LAN game with "elite" difficulty. When choosing a car for each event, there will be an option in the upper right corner of the screen to switch between "bonu...

Re: Post your O SO GREAT system specs!
Bought this one for 1250€ directly from Dell ... although Qsix have them for less with 5 years warranty.
Waiting for the next version (2008WFP-HC) to pop up in shops, selling the current one, and buying the new one

Re: Unlock level 4 parts
Oh :) Let me quote you on that when I race you in my level 4 Zonda in a LAN game sometime. In other words: it worked, just to be complete, here's how: - install NFSPS1 1.0 and start a career - use a money cheat (ArtMoney SE) and give yourself a couple of millions - buy all cars you want and kit them...

Re: Unlock level 4 parts
hm. Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong? - uninstalled NFSPS completely and removed the "NFS Prostreet" folder from My Documents. - reinstalled NFSPS v1.0 - started a new career - put in all the cheatcodes (especially "unlockallthings" - verified that I could buy every car, d...

Re: Unlock level 4 parts
That may be true indeed, but I'm not willing to invest hours and hours in the game to get all the lvl4 parts. Racing, winning, picking your price - wrong price - don't save, but replay the race you have just won, no thanks.

Re: Unlock level 4 parts
Dang, I just started my second career without the lvl4 cheat code. Are savegames between v1.0 and v1.1 interchangable?

Re: Unlock level 4 parts
Worked fine before the upgrade, but that code is not accepted anymore. Uninstalled NFSPS, reinstalled, applied patch and then tried the code again but no aval. I hate it in racegames that you have the absolute best performant car ... at the end of the game, when you need to play as less as 10 races ...

Unlock level 4 parts
Since the 1.1 patch removed the functionality of some cheatcodes, I'm stuck at level 3 parts. I've searched the web on how to unlock them anyway, but haven't found any answer.
