I used to have that problem with the random revs in my Chevelle SS

I fixed it by setting the first gear shorter and then putting on high-end boost.

Also, check that your car isn't on LOW-end boost!

How do you get enough money to buy a porsche, let alone a Turbo?

I can barely scrape together enough to get a Skyline Proto!

Thanks guys, but now i've got a evo IX and a skyline R34 so i'mjust about set for the finish.
I've just beaten React.

The EVO works like a dream, and the skyline helps in straighter courses

And I dont ever use handbrake anymore, cept in drft

Drag - Chevelle SS
Speed - Dodge Viper
Grip - Evo IX/Skyline R34

My Chevelle SS can't seem to do a wheelie at all, even though all its performance parts r level 3.

Any Suggestions?

yeah, probably either the Evo or Skyline. Skyline's a bit wilder and tends to drift, but the Evo's grip is amazing.

I consistently screw up my grip races. My Infinity's fast, but shocking handling slows me down, and 240SX (S13) corners well but has not enough speed.

How do YOU corner? handbrake late and slide past the turn, or genly ease the car into the turn???

My Chevelle SS isn't fully tuned yet, but i can still run low-eights. Only problem is hitting the right shift, coz it rezs so damn quickly and wheelies almost to the end.

I use both the Evo IX and Evo X. I prefer the IX because i modded it a bit more.
