Wrong, that BFF tool does what you need. However the BFF files are limited to a file size, the tool does not allow new files to be added only by replacing with the same name. Shift2 won't be moddable for awhile, shift 2 doesn't support the -loose option anymore which means .BFF tools need to be created. I haven't heard anyone say that they are doing the tools or anything, modding Shift 2 looks dull for modding.

Thing what confuses me, if that they say handling is going to be like 'PGR' and as far as i know PGR is not a simulation. Its more on the visual side (Arcade) So they sorta stuffed up on that.
