A util to take Screenshots in NFSU?

I downloaded the Music Import from the Uitlties page on the website, but cannot seem to get it to work. When i run NFSU music importer.exe, I get an error. I have tried re-installing it but it doesn't work. Please help

Vinyls don't show up, and I have no idea why. I have re-installed a few times, my friend gave me the cd to install it, so I can't return it Any suggestions?
