ya i like gamespot because of its nice streaming free vids and vid reviews. also, they do seem pretty fair but maybe everyone just likes to dis nfsu2.........

i have the game and i think the sound is very much improved over the first game, the engine sounds and turbo whines are just incredible........ign is being a little harsh.

any new demo "mods" that you can make would be greatly appreciated arushin you were the one who has kept me interested in the demo for a little longer. i started feeling like i was gonna go insane just driving the 4 350zs they give ya.

its by the 3 tight curves in a row, also known as an "S" curve lol. and yes the store has a yellow spotlight shining onto the road. when you follow the short road back you can enter the shop.

best card for the $ right now is the 6800nu (non-ultra) you can get a bfg 6800 oc at outpost.com for 250, dunno if they're in stock right now though.....if not wait for the 6600gt agp version coming out late november at 199$. will crush any of yesterdays cards (including 9800xt and 5950 ultra). guess what i just realized.....I HATE FRAPS!!!! i ended up NOT running fraps for the first time in days when playing the demo and i dont notice ANY chugging.....i dont know whether that means that fraps was actually slowing the game down or what, plus i ended up turning more things up lol.

i should be good: a64 3000+, 1gb pc-3200 ddr, radeon 9800 (non-pro).......but i still hope there is a slight performance increase from the demo to the full game.....i go under 30 when i have a lotta things turned up.

does anyone know if there will be any performance increase between the demo and the full game? im not pleased with the fps im getting at all, i dip below 30 quite a bit and has anyone tried powerbraking? it makes the fps dip VERY FAR. is anyone else having fps probs?

although you guys who support the exotics made some good points i would take the modified car anyday. reasons: 1. faster than any exotic 2. nicer looking than any exotic 3. exactly the way you want it. i would pick either the s2000 or an evo (probably a newer one). but thats just my oppinion.

i downloaded it last night, and i loved it. my only question is this, when you go into a shop or bring up your messages, my system hangs for a few seconds and then resumes like normal.......its not THAT big of a deal but i like seamless transitions...and from what it seems this demo is NOT one to sh...
