I have same problem mwith ATI Radeon 9800 256ddr on a Pentium 4 3.2mhz overclock 3.4mhz I can run the game full graphics but the frame rate is really bad a times - But if I try to to run it with motion blur on at anything over 640 x 480 it really judders. Its a disgrace, i dont understand what pleasure people gain from using cheats, there is obviousley no skill attached.
