What i dnot like in vice city and in san andreas is the one of each type weapon rule which i think sucks i prefer to have every weapon in my arseanal advalable to me when i want it

I have to put dont care seeing as in Gta san Andreas you can do up cars a bit and kill people which is good but there is more customize options which about levels it up sorry

i want to do some decals and stuff for my car but all i have is the game on ps2 so i was woundering how do i get it to the ps2 and how can i do it with out a template.
