I just got a speeding ticket, the other day, for going 70 MPH in a 65 zone. :? Not sure how it is in the rest of the world, but in CA and most every other state I've been to, the norm is to go 5-10 MPH over the limit; everyone does it and I certainly wasn't the only person going at least 70 on that ...
