just so you know the 7900gs kicks the living crap out of the 73, i have seen them both and if you can get the 79.

gt is better than the gs, higher clocks speeds and stuff.

personally i would get a 256 card, but then again since this is pci-e it will run a lot better than the agp ones i used, but do what you want. Also, I got thinking, is the 88 really the best bang for the buck? What card is?

So im probobly goign to be getting one of the 8800 gts's, which brand do you guys think would be the best, the evga one is lookin pretty sweet and its cheaper, whats your pick? (BTW just ordered my 2gb dual channel ram! wOOt! Video card is all thats left on my new compy!)

you fools, i was just stating that i just have a lot of fans, 2x 80mm front, 1x80mm in back, 1x cpu fan. 1x video card, 2x hard drive cooler, 2x psu, and 2x system blower.

My comp im building (and is nearly finished, only missing video card) is going to have a total of 12 fans. I have them all in right now except for the video card and its still not that loud, guess i got good fans!

ok, so a 7950gt isnt that great of an idea, and btw theres a evga 8800gts for like 370 after rebate, so if i get a 88, that'll be the one. But im almost done with my comp anyway, all i have is ram and video card, so by the time i got the money saved up, hopefully it will be right when the new cards ...

ok, i've been going back and forth with video cards lately, and i want to make a decision on which one i want. Nvidia or ATI? I cant decide if i should just get a 7950 like I planned, or if i should save a bit and get a 8800gts, or wait a while and see what other 8 series there are, what do you guys...
