carbon was pretty good, i thought it had a bad name (carbon? wtf only 1/4 of the game revolves around canyons!)

The only originals I have are Need for Speed: The Next Chapter and Need for Speed: Rival Ressurection (where Eddie, Caleb, Razor, Darius, and Ryo all band together to take you off of the streets you claimed in the past 5 installments).

Since NFSC I thought they should call one NFS : Overtake and come up with a nifty little logo that plays on the fact that if you swap the two syllables, it becomes NFS : Takeover.

You know NFS Prostreet, the name might actually mean this- Pro means "after", not professional. Therefore what they're getting at is that this is after the street races, the next level.

RX-7 is right. NFS: The next Chapter is lame, and that little plot you gave was kinda dumb and sounds like its a sequel from carbon(in which we really dont need unless its 100 times better).
