lol I used to do that with Porsche Unleashed, was pretty cool. My setup now is quiet similar
LT = Accelerate
RT= Brakes
L= speed breaker, Look Behind, any other option
R= NOS
Y= Shift up
B= Shift Down
X= handbrake
A= ?
back= change view
start= Pause
L Analog=Horn if available
R Analog= Reset
This is a XBOX 360 control lay out btw.

Not to hijack the thread but now that i see this........ ive never used a wheel before and i am tempted to buy one for Prostreet. I guess the main questions are:

1) Is it worth it??
2) Which one would you guys recommend?? (at least brand)

Cheers!!! :)

For PC keyboard control I use manual.

WASD for control, left alt for nitrous, left shift and control for shift up/down respectively. This is a good setup because it keeps all those controls on your left hand. The only downside is that it's hard to use nitrous and make a right turn at the same time (the same finger is used for the two keys). Since Pro Street seems to use Nitrous shots instead of controlled bursts however, this isn't a problem.

1. only if you can spend a decent amount and if you're a racing fanatic, dont bother otherwise
2. Logitech

1: agree, and to get a better feeling of the car, you should definately take a wheel with force feedback
2: Agree too. This is my Wheel:

Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP.

Works fine for me, costed me €80 at the time (somewhere like 3-4 years ago), and it still works. Downside of it is that is has only 4 programmable buttons. And it does'nt have a clutch (which i don't mind really much, one with a clutch usually costs twice as much)

BTW: Manual FTW \:D/

Thanks guys, i think i will go with a logitech too. And thanks for the tip on the force feedback. Clutch also seems nice so i will be sure to check it out in december.

Im a racing fan really so i dont think this wheel will be wasted.

Once more thanks for the recommendations guys. Hope to see you all online racing those 1000+hp machines of yours.

Cheers!!! :)
