The number of kits is different for particular cars (as seen in MW), but generally all the kits are the ones from Carbon, except some minor detail changes. Still won't change the fact that the kits have Carbon written all over it. Oh and each car has a wide kit, but they're all recycled kits from the previous games. So the M3 has the, well, you can guess.

Okay. Is there both WBK's and modular BK's like in Carbon?

There's one WBK for every car. Each car also has one stock, and one stock autosculpt kit. Additional autosculpt kits depend on the car.

You can modify them a decent amount, but you can't create monstrosities.

Careful with the Widebodykits and Grip cars. For example the Evo X handles really well with the stock and other kits but stick the WBK on it and it handles worse than a double decker bus.

Just a word of warning. Wider isn't always better :?

Having noted that at the handling bar jumps up considerably when I change from the stock body kit to the stock auto sculpt body kit, I've found myself wondering whether the auto sculpt kit in default form improves the cars handling on track once level 3 performance upgrades are applied.

Since I'm still using the 240SX at the moment, I'd be grateful if someone could check into this for me since I intend to take advantage of the 19 car limit in career, and create a fleet of Camaro's and Corvette's that I can tune for all four race types?

The car limit is above 10 since I have 15 cars.
Ummmm, the widebody for the Pagani Zonda is kind of cool, but sucks with handling.

It would seem that a glitch of some sort led to me assuming that the garage was limited to 19 cars, but having won a car that brought me up to 20 tonight, I switched off the autosave feature, and began buying as many 240SX's as the game would allow me to. With 57 cars in my garage, I received a message telling me that I had reached my limit of 53. Since I had the Cobolt, 350Z, GTO and Viper challenge cars in my garage, I can only assume that a certain number of slots are allocated to prize cars, which makes sense since we'd need space to be able to receive Aki's RX7, Nate's GTO, Ray's M3, Karol's Mustang, and Ryo's Evo X.

Any cars that are "won" are not counted towards the garage limit of 53 cars.
