Only U.S. and Canadian residents can purchase it for the PC anyway. Personally, I'm more interested in the extra race days than the cars. I've only been playing it for about 2 hours so far and it seems like I'm already about 1/3 of the way through it. But I'll have to wait for a patch at a website.

They are DLC later on... Or are junk files.. like the 350Z in most wanted..

Likely to be DLC as they all have geometry.bin files which means the car is there. Main problem is the lack of damage files.

I entered the subaru code, but nothing happened, except the WRX in the car lot is free, but when trying to sell it .. i get 0 cash for selling it

That's only directly after you use the code, if you try again next time you play the game it's like $11,600
