Pro Street Performance Tuning Test Track

Though the game itself doesn't need much bug fixing this time, I still wish there will be a patch that adds performance test track(s) to the blue print tuning section. I'm fed up with having to swtich between race days and garage to tune up my cars.

You can tune directly in the practice races. Just start a practice race on any track, hit Esc (pause) and choose Car Tuning.
