Yeah I can confirm this. Get the 240SX and put the stock autosculpt body on the car. Go to rear bumper and move Zone 2 all the way to max. Then switch to skirts. As the camera moves you'll notice the two newly made openings close instantly as if you hadn't made them.

This happens for all bodykits with a zone 2 rear bumper section.

I doubt that the I can't see behind the hill with chase cam is a glitch, or easy to fix, cause it is basicly a well known problem with a chase cam. every camera angle has it's pro's and con's and this is on for the Chase cam.

ooh btw since when is a Escort Cosworth a sedan? as far as I know the european Escorts where hatchbacks, I have had a Escort of the same series as the one in the game and een though it's not a typical hatchback it's not a sedan at all, same goes for the 240SX.
to be more specific it's a liftback

But he back to topic :D

I haven't found any glitches... but then I don't have the PC version yet

NO FORCE FEEDBACK!

Where is it? Its non-existant! [-X

On top of the jerky gfx, lack of gfx detail control, analogue deadzones, this by far is the most annoying, infuriating thing for me. :x

Have uptodate drivers for my wheel so been there, done that.

Has ANYONE else have any FF at all, any faint rumblings whatsoever?

Anyone???

Yeah, in game calibration is a MUST. I have a force feedback joystick and its so twitchy sometimes it feels like it goes from full gas to full break in about 1/4".

If you rip the hood of a 911 turbo, you can see straight thru to the ground. Lazy texturing much?
Mind you having a bunch of cars taking up space on my hard drive that are not used bothers the hell out of me too.

Totally agree with you.
I hope the EA guys are playing the PC version to note all the bugs and glitches..

they probably already did, but it doesn't mean they will make something about it :)

I dont feel like reading this whole thing, but on the Autosculpt option on all BK, the rear bumper won't edit all the way, like it just goes bak to default BK Stage 1 (not stock bk).

hope i explained it correctly :D

Well Stiggy you are right in the description but why does it get the rear wing placements from the Civic instead of the 240SX. It is technically a liftback as teh boot lid is the entire rear window hinged at the roofline. BUT the wing positioning is the same as a Sedan (ie back of the boot above the rear light clusters) not like a 3 door hatchback.

@ BAMF thats what I was talking about with YaelDijel above.

I'd just like to reiterate what others have said before:

PLEASE complete and enable the incomplete cars.

And one I'd like to add (if this is possible): is there any way we could have more grip in drift mode but ONLY when moving from a standing start without screwing up the rest of the drifting physics? As a keyboard player, I sit there spinning the wheels for ages as accelerator is either on or off, and can't get a decent speed into the first turn.

Oh, and replays would be awesome!

the vinly is the biggest issue, it loads slowly and editing them as well, the rims especially the "concept olsens" the one ryo uses.

Lets see:

Sound glitches and sounds as though two high pitched gears are grinding.

Rims are two different colors on occasions.

If you have a vinyl that covers a long stretch on the hood it glitches and will extend temporarily to the rear bumper only in drag (so I have seen).

Occasionally the body of the car will change color in Grip mode.

I am sure there are more, but that is what I can think of off hand.

rims don't move when you're driving on to the start line, and the front bumper on some of my cars are always IN the ground. dammit they're so low, but the car doesn't bottom out.

an example, Shelby GT500 Stock autosculpt put everything on the front bumper on 100%

The game sometimes freezes at random while i'm playing, I then have to restart my laptop via the power button  , but at least it saves race day progress  . Also, sometimes when i'm doing drags, the announcer gets the drivers names wrong  .

yeah your right, it is weird, and it doesn't look good at all, but then on a Cossie you have to have the big *ss wing.

I only play the 360 version and have to say most of the glitches you all mentioned aren't on the 360 so it is pure in the PC version.

The stupid things like the not turning wheels at the drag strip are also in the 360 version (bit sloppy if you ask me...)

That sounds like a hardware problem instead of a bug. Check if your integrated video card is supported by ProStreet (and also your whole hardware).

Xturbo.

I don't know if it's already been said, but in time attack mode, one each car goes one by one, it might lag, and once you start, your car already has light damage. It is not only with time attack, but sometimes with circuit class. Any race where some cars start before others. Once it happened and an AI car got totaled before the race even started. :D

My hardware is fully supported by the game, and it runs great :D . I guess I must not have quite the right drivers.

EDIT: Actually this only happens with ProStreet and not with any other NFS game, or program.

:?

there's no reason to be sarcastic, what I say is true and this thread proves it (well....not only THAT one). What happens is that a release date is always fixed and even if the game is not finished nobody cares, they just got to put it on sale
And as I said konami released pes2008 too, which is another beta full of glitches and major issues. 2 patches are out, nothing has been changed.........will it be the same for EA's prostreet?....

other than that, what the deal with the hidden cars, why weren't they included in the game? will the patch finish the rest of the cars and put them in the game
