Strange, I can drive a tuned Zonda better than a tuned GT2 on tracks like Autopolis Lakeside...

I'll upload my save so you can take a look at the settings.
My save... look for the R35
I DL'd your savegame... sorry mate, but I still prefer the 911. Anything that can't catch Paul Trask on the oval and can't out-corner Rudy Chen doesn't really deserve a place in my stable. Oh, and the R35 suffers from severe understeer on the Texas Oval. Tried to turn left, steering locked up, car drove like it was on ice, hit the wall = totaled.

911: "EAT ME, PAUL TRASK!" *roars away* I even bought a 911 on your savegame and forgot the nitro. That's the car called 'Henrik the Horrible' in my garage. I still destroyed Rudy Chen by miles... and the setup was pretty much the same as your R35 - scratch that, I killed him with an untuned 911.

911 may be a noobmobile, but I like leaving everyone in the dust, mate... Also a good car to try and turn into a racecar.

Hey, how are the cars? You kill Rudy yet? I say... get rid of the EVO X and keep the 911. Great all-rounder as I've been banging on for ages... I also use a 911 for Speed and I'm still testing a Porsche Cayman S for drift... Good grip car while it lasted...
Yeah, for you information... I tuned this R35 GTR for the dockyards, so don't expect fantastic top speed. Does need larger gearing and final drive. For speed, check out the R34. =-) Top speed 404km/h

R34 is a bit squirelly on the tracks full of turns, and it is hopeless against Mr. Rudy Chen, which i actually found out the hard way. Had to kill him on the Horse Thief Mile and lose the 500 point no damage bonus. Stage 3 911, with no tuning (and no NOS, for that matter) danced around him and raped the rest of the gang. Also good for the Texas Oval, but not good enough against the EVO IX. I don't need something that hits 250 MPH in 20 seconds though; i needed a fast, good-handling car, fast enough to kill Trask and Chen on their respective territories.

Yeah, Apex Slide with the R34 on Texas Oval.

mn, that guy was fast! I've only ever raced him once, think it was willow springs with 500hp Evo X, and got my bum kicked, came second though...

That is why the Porsche 911 is god. Amazing handling, outrageous acceleration and speed. You'll want a EVO IX for absolute Oval domination, but those are nowhere as good as our local friendly Rudy Chen and his Porsche.

i've switched my speed Turbo to grip for one race, and i got my bum kicked AGAIN by him, even though i had more power...

He just took the lead from the start and there was a 2 second gap for about the whole race...

Who, Rudy Chen? I'm guessing your car isn't fully tuned, and mine was stage 3, so that may explain the 20 second gap I inflicted on poor old Rudy. What system are you running on? PC? If so, i can add you as a friend and send my blueprint along... after you create an EA account, obviously.

thanks for the offer, but unfortunately I have it on PS2, so no hope there...

My car is full stage-3, and I lost by 3 seconds...

Can you send me your tuning via a PM? I desperately need some help with it!
