tuning a 1000hp supra for drag, having it be slower than my infinity, not being able to wheelie... selling it, then realizing I needed lvl3 suspension.

In a Nevada Speed challenge, and I was about 1/4 mile from the finish, and had a clear laed, so I let go of the controller, and what I didn't realise was that I was right on the edge of the road, and I slipped and slammed into a pillar.

And I didn't have any total repair markers left...

upgrading the zonda to level 4. its better at stock with only the level 4 engine upgrade. it loses stability with any other upgrades.

new absolutely horrible one.

I just ammassed about $100,000, then spent about $60,000 of it repairing my Evo X...

(I accidentely pressed 'use cash' to total repair, then somehow didn't realize it, and then pressed OK...

Biggest mistake i'd say was mass producing, distributing and promoting it before it was finished.

Yeah, the E92 absolutely sucks at top speed. Ain't tried the E46 on Texas World Speedway oval track yet, but it definitely gets to 250 faster than the E92. My EVO IX goes like a Veyron on steroids though.

My biggest mistakes:

1. Wasting my free car marker on the useless Zonda, thinking it was the best car in the game. I was terribly, terribly wrong.

2. Believing the guy on here who posted those settings for a "5 second" camaro. Guess what? it doesn't do 5 secs mate...

1. Buying the game
2. Doing some upgrades to my PC in order to play it on max
3. Buying a Zonda and then realising that it was real crap

I did, and wasn't very happy with it...

It's better in speed challenges, though its top-end power lacks a bit...

My biggest mistake was letting my little brother get a hold of the game, and having him overwrite my save. [-X

ouch!

Well, here's one that unrelated, but with quite a few people suggesting it, I declare war!

Evo X vs Evo IX!!!

Evo X just can't hit the same speed in the same amount of time as my EVO IX at Texas. While I agree the EVO X is a monster grip car, so is the IX and frankly, I hit 250 MPH in 20 seconds with the EVO IX without NOS. And that's including the banked turn and all. I had to use the nitro for the EVO X... but then again, i set the IX way too low, so it's for shiznit anywhere but the Oval.

well, here's an interesting one-

I was leading by almost a lap in my Evo X (could of used faster R35/Evo IX but cbf) and then, without using nos or anything, i cut the last corner, and managed to flip my car on a tiny bump going 100mph. 100m from line. I actually made it over the line, but it still counted as me getting totalled and losing the race

question-in a real-life race, would that count as a win?

Eh, depends where the car lands, I reckon... no pro on actual racing.

And a big mistake? Buying an R35, thinking it was faster than the R34. GT-R PROTOs driven by the AI go a lot faster than pretty much anything but rubber-banding Golfs.

My 911 owns all, even Golfs... and everyone also beats them by miles if I do Box Cut and anyone on site a favour and set those cheats up on a date with the side of the road... But yeah, and the fact that they put the bastards up front also sways the whole show in the cheaters' favour.
