I have plenty of time to play and only a keyboard to control my game.

So If I had a keystroke recorder and could then tune my key strokes then replay back to play the game and make my car fastest in a drag race or other races is that fair?

eg can automatically fire NOS on the drag strip to get the best time.
eg automatically use manual gearbox and engine to the max
eg get max grip on warmup burnout

What do you think?

It is a pretty challenging to write such a program but gives me something to do.

LOL you fail. Cheating is cheating. This is a perfect example. The challenge of getting the fastest time is to do it with skill, not a keystroke recorder/macro...
