@Fadeproof: I like your list alot, appart from the holdens and some chevy's

1 Mclaren F1 would be enough, preferably the LM

I'd like to add these to your list

- Honda RSX Type-R
- Honda S2000 (how could forget it

)
- Porsche 993 GT2

- Subaru Impreza WRX STi (2002 and 2006 models)

and replace the "Ferrari 360 Spider" with the F360 cs

Ooh yeah the S2000 and the McLaren F1... forgot those...man how could I forget the F1....

Btw Master the RSX is the Acura name, the Honda is a Integra Type R, the Acura is a RSX type S

Just like those Vauxhalls/holdens/ pontiacs/.... all the same model and spec.

I would not call a Vectra and a Saab the same, they might be build on the same platform, but there all the similarities end.

A Saab is completely diffirent in style and luxury then a Opel/vauxhall.

As the owner of a (old style) Seat Leon SX TDi 110, I have to agree with Kid Cro. The old Leon is based on the Golf 4 floorpan (the new one on the latest Golf 5's), as is the Audi A3. In fact, they all share the same engines (in the case of the Diesels, anyway). I was tempted by a VW Golf, but bought the Leon as it is pretty much the same car, just cheaper to buy and IMHO sportier looking. Again, as the head of the VAG group himself said, it's all down to badge-snobbery. Why buy an Audi when you can buy a VW, Skoda or Seat with the same spec and performance for much less money?!

Although I would argue that the bonnet is longer on the Leon than the Golf, especially when trying to parallel park in narrow London streets...

That a car is build on the same floorpan does NOT mean it is the SAME car!

to cut productioncosts cars that are almost the same size (originally) are build on the same platform simply because it is a cheaper production method.

But the diffirence starts right after that.

have you ever been in a Saab? cause even if you are blind you notice the diffirence between a vectra and a Saab.

To make it simple: compare, I choose both interiors of the most exclusive verions to make it fair caus e if I choose the Vectra's lowest version you would start to cry unless you love loads of plastic.

Daren! By owner of golf I can say that Golf is (TheStig- ALLMOST) same car as Leon,A3 and Octavia coz they share same engines and some other things.
I drove A3 and Leon and I can say that for me Golf is the best choice! PS: (I own Golf 4 GTI and I drove A3 and Leon 1.9 TDI versions!) But still Golf is better!

Having also owned a Vauxhall Vectra (it was a company car, I had no choice!) and my colleague had a Saab all I can say is - the Saab may have been quicker, but it was comparatively poor quality and was always going wrong.

The Vectra never gave me any problems (except for trying to parallel park the &*^% in London, but that's by the way!) - the Saab was constantly off the road for one electrical fault or another.
