I just started playing most wanted, and i have a few questions,
1. Do all the shops contain the same items?
2. Can you layer vinyls?
3. How does the heat meter work?
4. How do you get your car impounded? And how do you get it out?

1.) Err, didn't quite get you. The Performance Shop only sells performance upgrades, the Car Lot only allows you to sell and trade in cars, and the Visual Shop is to enhance the look of your car. Every shop cater to different needs.
2.) Unfortunately, for this game, no. And I know, it sucks.
