Well, I doubt any stock/ricerd car with the GTR's spoiler (F*cking huge!) could run very fast, but still. How does a spoiler give the 5-1-0 the right to strip down your ride? Unless it was so huge it could take someone's head off...... but yeah, I've seen a riced CRX with a spoiler at least a foot too long on each side, and it looked pretty old, so I'm assuming the cops were okay with it.
I thought it was all based on performance.
