According to the game, it's because he thinks that having no vinyls makes his McLaren SLR a sleeper! Like someone in a maxxed Pug 206 would really think they could beat his SLR

In MW website his car does have a vinyl (which is pretty good, btw). The best explanation is that this game is so beta, that EA forgot to put it.

Hmmm, not sure about that vinyl on Bull's car. Probably a good job they dropped it IMO.

Off Topic: That UK website rocks, but it is damned hard to browse on this ancient AMD K6II 333MHz laptop (main PC is currently encoding video)! Therefore please excuse any typing errors!
