ps2 graphics

yes, they are better, but the sun never changes positions in the sky, and the only wether changes is rainy... there is no sunset. is it suppose to be this way, or is my video card all messed up? also, there seems to be more things around to knock over and stuff.... yes the grapics arent as great w/out enhancement.

After I play a while the sunset starts, so I don't know, I never payed any attention to the suns position.

The PS2 version would have the worst graphics out of the xbox, xbox 360 and pc wouldnt it?. thats what i would have thought.

when I emulate my ps2 on my computer the graphics blow away every other console. I only emulate game I own, so it's nothing illegal.

It runs very smooth, if you've been in the video card thread a while ago I told everyone I have Quad SLI. So I guess my computer enhances the PS2 version.

Could it possibly be because it's so friggin' old and it only has a 300mhz processor?
And some 4mb gfx-chips?

The sun not moving has nothing to do with the GPU. If it does, everything else would look f-ed up too.

No sorry, I spilt coffe on my keyboard and the whole top row of keys doesn't work and my computer won't let me bind the the print screen action to another combo of keys.

pc graphics are the worst if you have a bad gfx. ps2s are all the same and all good grapics. irs probably what tv you run it on. a sony consle+sony tv=good?

PS2's graphics do suck, but it really only shows with NFSMW, with all the lagging when yuo get tons of cops on your bumbum.

I know this is off topic, but I've been looking for a PS2 emulator for the PC for ages and couldn't find one (I'd like to be able to play GT3 & 4). Which one do you use and where can I buy/download it from? Cheers

sony console + sony tv= DOES NOT MATTER
It depends on you tv's picture quality (My Loewe is awesome)
Anyway, PS2, Xbox and Game Cube graphics have little difference if not none, as they do not recreate the game for each platform. PC graphics are not as good. It doesnot matter how good your graphics card is, but how high the game is programmed to run.
I tried it on computer and I had all the options enabled, and I have a 256 MB and bit graphics card (remember PS2 and XBOX are 128). The Consoles still had better graphics.
Splinter Cell is the only game I have that has similar graphics to a console.
