I dont think they would use the remote. The rev is compatible withe the gamecubes controller so they would use that.

It's disappointing that you lot are so pessimistic about Nintendo's efforts. I'm still adamant that the Wii will change gaming forever, and that other consoles will follow in it's footsteps (ie. copy). Nintendo has done it before many times, so why not now?

Don't be afraid of change

Im not afraid of change. im just sick of nintendo...its basically the same games over and over...mario party, tennis, golf. how many different mario games can there possibly be.

Erm . . . take a read of THIS and you'll see that it's not just a Mario-fest. There will be other games, and it's not like you're forced to buy Mario all the time

It is hard for nintendo to get away from that prejudice, since it is true, theyr game variety has been rahter small in the past years.

Metroid, anyone?

The GameCube was a great system. Pity none of the developers took advantage of it, looking upon it as a 'Kiddie System.'

I like Nintendo, but I have to admit that the Gamecube does suck. The Wii on the other hand looks like it will blow the competition away. Nintendo took a good move in delaying the release of this system because they have more time to perfect it.

And I totally agree with boganbusman. After Nintendo started releasing the handheld systems (Game Boy > Advance > DS) Playstation just followed them with their own.

Anyway, back to topic, it has been confirmed that NFSC will be on Wii, but I do realize that this thread is old. I think it will be unique to use the remote and add-on (the thing that's connected to the remote that has a joystick on it) and it will probably work like other Wii games where you move the remote from side to side to control the vehicle.

i thought NFSU was good for the PS2, but damn the PC version kicks it so far outta the water, so Nintendo shouldnt even try it, prob blow the console up.
