What happened to sigs?

I was trying to upload my new signature today,The one i have now, and it said only 50kb allowed. The pic i had was over 150kb for sure...so wtf is going on with sig upload?

The sig settings are like this for weeks now.

And we changed the upload setting so you Can't Upload a sig that is to big in size and in Kb.

You are the one who chooses a sig. not us. and you are the one who makes the size.
