MW: Racing wheel or keyboard?

Post by RVD »

I race NFS: MW with a Logitech Formula Force GP racing wheel with force feedback.
I can 'feel' what the car is doing. thats nice! 8)

i wonder: who of you guys has got a racing wheel??

and if you have, what do you prefer in MW: wheel or keyboard???

BTW, here's a picture of it:

Who found out you can get milk from a cow, and what the hell was he doing at the moment?

I have the Logitech Wingman, but it doesn't force feedabck or a shifter, so I usually just use it for Halo and my keyboard for MW.

I can imagine that feeling what a car is doing in MW is a rather tough task for me, especially because the car is like glued to the road.

I prefer a gamepad.

i have a MS Sidewinder FF wheel, and the MW support for it SUCKS!
the steering lags like hell

works fine in every other game though

best is still a ps2 like gamepad :)

(unfortunately i dont have one, so yeah i use keys >.<)

I always use keyboard, even though I own a joystick and gamepad. Gamepad just doesn't work on driving games for me, but then again, as Sgt Cross might say, "I'm from old school" - I started my gaming on the ZX Spectrum!

Hmmm, gamepad was not questioned? I use a Pacitech wheel which is very very nice, but more often I use keyboard...

I use a keyboard at the moment and it sucks....I'm actually thinking about buying that same racing wheel you use, that's an awsome price.
