Like music of the game can be extracted. Can the audio of the police talk can be extracted too?

we dont know man....those are a lot of sounds!!!!
imagine the ammount of them....my god....
but anyway, someone has to do that.
But what u can do is to turn every sound off in-game excepting the speech volume. After u do a mess, record the voices with an external program or even with a good recorder (can be a cellphone or a pendrive) and just extract it and whalla!

Hmm, it would be awesome, if we could turn on Police lights and siren too. In MW we could turn lights on, that was fun.

very cool indeed, but EA didnt include any be the cop mode, even in carbon, just online, but what about offline????

Well if NFS 11 is going to be as buggy as NFSC, then we need to hex again and so on. :lol:
