I just beat the 15th and a few questions came into mind.. before beat the 14, I'd like to know a few things about markers.
First one.. if I have the same unique performance upgrade, for exemple two brakes, it will increase performance?
Second.. if i choose unique part at 15, and it comes hood for exemple.. in the future, if i choose part and comes hood again.. all hoods will be the same as the first time?

i'm not sure about the brakes. sorry. you will unlock more hoods, but yes, they will be the same.

What do you mean, bad handling? In MW, maybe, but in real life it'd stomp an R34 with a big, heavy body-kit like the one Eddie's car has in UG. In real life, though, I'd take the R34, just because it'd turn more heads and it's twin-turbocharged.
