NFSU2 unique upgrades

are these unlocked by finishing the game entirely, including the unqiue performance upgrades?

The only way to get uniques is to do the outrun races. Only other way is if u customize a car without going into ur career.

You can either do outruns during the career

to get unique parts you have to beat a cetrain amount of out run wins.

stage 2: 4wins hoods
stage 3: 3wins engine,trans,or tires
stage 3: 6wins Rims
stage 4: 4wins spoilers
stage 4: 6wins vinyls
stage 4: 9wins ecu,turbo,or brakes
stage 5: 6wins nos,weight reduction,or suspension
stage 5: 11wins widebody kits

or finish the game and you'll get the uniques in quickrace-mode.

I've completed the game but don't have Perfomance Uniques

Maybe you've missed it. I have missed some unique upgrades myself...
