Stiga you're right, sometimes opponents' car are very owful!
If you can see that car (and know what it has under the hood) before the race it's great...it's a bit disappointed bet for a car that is hugly and not interesting for the mechanics parts.
If I win a car but then I must completely rebuild it, this would be a wast of time.
(If you can't even modify gained cars it's useless i think).

good idea OlovesD, in this way you can get a lot of unique parts, not just 3...
anyway, I sincerely hope that NFSU2 will be better of NFSU in many things, and not just the old game with some adds.
if EA develops only 10% of ideas that have come out from our players' minds (very mad minds I think) it will be the best game ever done perhaps.
