tool for 1.4 plz

can someone make a tool to unlock all vinyls and uniques etc for the 1.4 version plz i like that.

u can use the old ones... the other unique upgrade unlockers, i think its called SU or something, but they all work u jsut hvae 2 be past a certain race

Actually, v1.3 & v1.4 are the same... The tool which supports v1.3 also supports v1.4....
