Tips for NFSU2
The game has been available in shops in Singapore (and i bet pretty much the whole of asia) since the 9th... I've been trying not to submit any spoiler at such but i really think that this will be of help when you guys get it...
When you get the game, and start playing with your first car, first of all choose your first car well because you'll be driving with it for quite a while...
secondly, when new cars are available you'll get a message informing you, however when you get to the shop, just don't trade in your first car... why? because if you do you'll lose all the upgrades you did on your initial car. it doesn't work the same way as nfsu1 (where your parts/upgrades get transferred to your new car).
thirdly you don't have to drive all the way to your garage to change car or tune your car... just press ESC and press jump to garage...
fourth, for ppl who don't like vynils and decals, where at some parts during the game you'll be pretty much forced to "decorate" your car in order to have the appropriate star rating to complete a given objective (yes decals/vynils are now taken into consideration for the rating).
and number 5 you WILL have to do outruns in order to get unique mods...
hopefully that won't spoil anything...

Well, it is stupid to read on if you readed this.
But, no topics about playing NFSU2 before the 15th.

okay my bad... delete the post if you have to, and erhm... ban me? (hopefully that won't happen)... mea culpa, but i swear i wasn't trying to show off that i had the game or whatever...TheStig wrote:we are not completely stupid...
others can figure stuff out also...
there isn't much fun in it if you can't figure it out all by yourself...
you did it cause you got it... but most don't yet...
the biggest fun of a new game is to figure it all out! how it works, how it looks!
EXPLORING...

alright... i guess defending myself won't lead anywhere lol... so here we go again, i'm sorry, won't do it again... will wait patiently till the 15th, or at least till the forum says it's ok...TheStig wrote:we won't do anything to you...
mistakes happen.
and I know you didn't do it to show it off...
but think about the people who need to wait for more then a week....
if it where you.... I don't think you wanted to know all kinds of tips without playing it yourself
tnx
thanks for your comprehension
