@sphinxman: low votes on your Acuras are 6 and 7 respectively. Users involved show no real downvoting patterns.

@supra-man: Your TT was downvoted. User deactivated. Grr.

How about some statistics on how/if voting practises have changed after the reset? How many percent 10, 9, 8 and so on.

As I see it there's not much change. For a while it looked like there would be a change but now it looks all the same: 10s flying around everywhere.
Personally I'm gonna turn my focus to the Classic challenges in the future. Atleast the voting is real in those.

In breaking NFSUnlimited news, around 70 user accounts were deactivated today and their votes deleted in a multiple account crackdown. The worst case involved ten separate accounts, all from the same IP address and used for vote manipulation.

All up, this action, coupled with a general voting sanity check, has resulted in the removal of nearly 4000 votes from the showroom. Rankings will have changed, and some cars will have slipped back under the six vote ranking threshold.

No, 70 accounts. There were a lot less actual users involved because they were using multple accounts to manipulate votes.

Some people will do anything to be on top. They should get a life. My cars are downvoted aswell. Could you check GT ( only my 350Z and RX7) the other cars don't have enough vote's :D . And some people just give other a 6 and only say it's to easy to make, then you watch there garage and they have something simuliar aswell.

Voting looks clean on both atm...
But just because users don't have good cars doesn't mean they don't know which cars are good... My cars aren't worth 10s imho, but I still know a good car when I see it... But that's just me... :P

I think we should remove voting. Today i saw some cars that weren't even worth a 5 and some people just give it a nine or ten because there was a babe in the presentation or the presentation was good. And some vote only ten's because it's his or her's friend. The voting isn't the same with NFSU2 with the showroom in NFSU1 the vote's where a lot better then you would have only downvoting. Now we have Downvoting, Upvoting, and automatic 10 for friend voting.

Stephanos you do realise that you're replying to something Enzo said one month ago? Please check the dates on posts before replying and if it's dead, please leave it dead. Thanks.

how can it be dead? it's a sticky.... yeah, i know that comment is also a month old... :)

i have a question, i tend to vote on cars that i really like only (to avoid "downvoting") so i guess that most of my votes (like 70-80%) are 8-9-10, if u alredy deleted some i obviously have nothing to do about it, just to ask that u don't delete any more, cuz upvoting has nothing to do with me, even if it can seem like it does

thx

When we go for upvoters, we don't look at the names (at least I don't). If a person votes more than 30% 10s, his votes are deleted...
