Utilities are uploaded in the same way. Not by email, but by direct upload to a holding area on the site where it is inspected prior to publication. Would you care to explain the purpose of this utility please?

waiit, look at this- -

Cars (NFSHP2, NFSPU, NFS4)
- Tracks (NFSPU, NFS4)
- Utilities (NFSU, NFSHP2, NFSPU, NFS4)
- Cheats (NFSU, NFSHP2, NFSPU, NFS4

If your file fits into the above categories, then email the file along with the following info: the exact name of the file, author, preview image (if you're sending a car or a track) and a description to upload [at] nfsunlimited . net.

Notice it says email?
