when do i unlock level 3 turbo

i unlocked engine neon but i can't use it without level 3 turbo

did you beat all the races on your world map? cause it shows all the hidden races there.

You can only use engine neon when you have all level 3 performance parts installed to your ride. Which is in Level 5, if i remember correctly

l know this may seem stupid but how do you know what level you are on?

beat the races and then hook up your car with everything so the star rating will go up.. then special events come etc etc..

By the name of the city you have unlocked.

and when you push the button that shows what your game completion status is, its on that same screen.

I had all level 3 in 4th world map.

Maybe even at the end of 3, I know I had a top car for a while though..

Level 3 (Extreme) Upgrades will be unlocked immediately after unlocking Coal Harbor West. Head to the Performance Shop there, and when it says "You unlocked Extreme Weight Reduction, Brakes..." save your game and check Customize Cars. You'll unlock Level 3 upgrades.

This is after you finish your 3rd contract.
