How to use the "Everything unlocked" utility for N

On http://www.nfsunlimited.net/underground2/utils/ I downloaded the NFSU2 unlocker but I dont know how to use it. All I know is that it unlocks everything for me. Can someone please tell me how to use this file into my NFS? Thanks :D
