how to use the "all cars and tracks sav"

i dont get how to use it, i downloaded it, but i dont get how to extract things and all that, could someonew help?

1.Download save file.
2.Paste save file to C:\Documents And Settings\User name(your PC name)\Local Settings\Application Data\NFS Underground 2

what u mean paste it? where do i copy it from, and its for need for speed hot pursuit 2.
