Hidden Cars

i do not know if this has been mentioned before or not. but i was looking through the cars folder looking for hidden stuff, and it appears EA was going to have the S2000 in UG2 and some other Lancer model. take a look for yourself...

Intresting, if the ability to unlock those cars is very simple and easy enough, would NFSUnlimited make new catagories?

i would hope so. but i wonder just how easy or hard it would be to build a car for UG2. after all, no tools have been made for it.

just thought i'd show this to the community. i thought it was interesting that those folders were there, but missing some files.

there just isn't we asked a EA rep and he said that those files are loose ends.. why they are there he didn't say but there is no hidden car or anything.. you can't unlock it.. they are just vinyl files, nothing more.

most likely EA did not use insert them or something.

same goes for some sound files that have names of cars that arent in the game. they are background and traffic sounds.

why dont you try copying the files frm nfsu1 and paste them in the cars folder?

i don't think it would work. there isn't a parts_animation file in UG1, just geometry, texture, and vinyls.

ALL of this in this topic has been discussed, nothing works, nothingcan make them work. And the copy and paste just crashes the game
