I had finish all race on map.....and of course there are some hidden which can found in the WorldMap...

why i never proceed to 4th stage????? i still stop in 3rd stage....

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no race on GPS Map........

oh...thank you..
but there are really quit a number of race that stated "uncomplete" means if complete all....i will proceed to 4th stage and continue my game??

Yes, I think so. 'Cos that's what I did. I upgraded my car to a certain amount of rep star, but I couldn't continue. So I raced all the incompleted races from the World Map, and I managed to proceed to the next level.
