how do you do them from single player not career, maybe i just didnt look hard enough, how do you get to em?

What symbol? You can literally see that it's a downhill drift tracks, because the roads are very curvy, compared to normal drift tracks.

He means that they have symbol wich shows that this track is downhil drift.

ya, and symols always show where the race starts, wich in dh drift is the jackson hights symbol
