You don't have to create a new poll in a new topic. I think you can edit your first post in the other topic and add in a poll for us to vote.

When you create a new topic, you should see this at the bottom of the page.

Prees new topic then normaly wrote mesage and then wrote how the pool is gona call, then wrote options to us to vote. Evry time whenn you wrote option press add option on right. and press submit. TRY!
