Xbox live on nfsu2 question?

Ok... i play xbox live and i have a question... when you look at your id in a game room it has a little circle... they can be filled up with yellow icons... how do you do that? thanks!

I believe that is your reputation/skill? Not sure though... You probably get it up by winning a certain percent/amount of races.
